Carolyn Olson - Senior Care Advisor

 Carolyn Olson has joined Senior Care Authority Louisiana as a dementia and eldercare advisor. Carolyn will provide guidance, training, and assistance with housing solutions for families and professionals caring for the elderly and people with dementia.

Carolyn Olson has devoted her career to the healthcare industry serving in a variety of positions including clinic practice manager, rehabilitation community care coordinator, and business development. Most recently Olson worked as a Healthcare Account Executive for A Place for Mom where she assisted healthcare professionals and families with referrals to senior living communities

Carol Bailey, R.N. - Senior Care Advisor
Carol is a registered nurse and has worked in hospitals and managed care companies. Carol decided to become an Eldercare Advisor after seeing firsthand that the process of finding assisted living can be overwhelming and stressful. The job was especially appealing because of her passion to work with and interact with the elderly. “There is a lot we can learn about what really matters in life by talking with the elderly.”

Craig G. Condon – Senior Care Advisor
Craig has extensive knowledge of assisted living management and development. His experience stems both from business, as well as, personal. He is a native New Orleanian that shares a passion for giving back to the community and its people. Janet Krane, O.T. - Senior Care Advisor
Janet started her career in health care as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in hospital administration at Tulane Medical Center and the Baptist Hospital when Tenet Healthcare was the owner. Janet has most recently managed the physician group practice at Crescent City Physicians. She has had extensive personal experience working with the elderly. Janet brings this experience and caring personality to her new role in assisting our clients in finding the safest assisted living/memory care new home.
